JHM Crops were interviewed by the Valerie Cox of the Pat Kenny Show on the 21st May 2010. JHM would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone responsible for putting this together.

This interview came about due to the pressures on the Miscanthus and Biomass industries resulting from the uncertainty surrounding the announcement of the REFIT Price for co-firing biomass in the peat power stations. JHM Crops Ltd, as the market leaders in Miscanthus in Ireland, have led the campaign on behalf of all growers to get clarification on a REFIT Price that would allow large volumes of Miscanthus to be delivered into the peat power stations at a viable price for all involved. The Pat Kenny Show provided the necessary platform to raise awareness on this issue further on a national level and JHM were very happy to represent all involved in this industry in securing this REFIT Price.
